I'm engaged!!!

I thought he was going to propose around Christmas, so I was totally surprised when he proposed on my birthday! I only knew what was going on when I saw the ring!

(which by the way he picked out himself ♥)

I am so incredibly blessed to have met the man that I have been praying for and that God has been planning for me to spend the rest of my life with. I love you Ryan Wilson!

And I can't wait to spend the rest of my life glorifying God with you!

Sooo, that's why there have been no posts (until now of course) my posts and photo entries will be low in number for awhile as we are getting married this Summer :D so I am going to be a busy woman, but just like with this post I will find some time to post every now and then. ;D

I love modeling for photos just as much as I do taking them. It's fun to be able to help other photographers practice shooting :D My friend (and model for some of my pics) Hannah took these photos, and let me edit them <3 She did a great job shooting!

The Light Through My Lens (#3)

Hey all, gosh it's been a while! :/ And I can't even make this a very long post :( but I guess the reason's not all bad! I started school this week! :D / :/ I am going to DMACC's Photography Program! :D So as you have guessed my post can't be long cuz I gotta study ;P My boyfriend and I go to the same college :D This is his second year so he showed me around and helped me get to my classes. I've been so stressed with school starting, work starting, homework that I have to do, assignments that have to be done, balancing all that with my time with God, family, Ryan, and friends, chores, ect..... But God has blessed me with an amazing man to encourage me and keep me on the right track (God first and foremost). God knew what He was doing when He put us two together <3 I love how God show's Himself through everything! :D Ahhh okay, I took too long writing this I need to study, write an essay, and work on some photo assignments and teach a piano lesson! Look out college, cuz here I come!

The Light Through My Lens (#2)

LAUNDRY! ;) My favorite part of doing laundry is when I take the clothes out of dryer, I use my arms carry them to the living room and lay down on the couch with my nice,fresh, clean, and warm clothes on top of me. Haha, I even fell asleep like that once ;P

 

The Light through my lens (#1)

Since I don’t have tons of time to post anything it seems like, I thought maybe if I tried posting 1 photo a week (besides an Iheartfaces photo)

that would be pretty good :) So here is the start of “The Light Through My Lens” A series of photos of the light I see through my camera lens :)

 

This photo is of my boyfriend Ryan and me, we are more so courting then dating :)

It’s coming up on 6 moths now, but we’ve liked each other (and known the other did) for 2 years.

But we decided to wait until I was 18 to start dating/courting. It got hard near the end but being patient was worth the wait.

I enjoy every opportunity that I have to get to know him better, as more light is cast on him and his life.
